Master Terms of Use & Service Agreement
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before utilizing MSLI AFFTERBURMER applications, tuning interfaces, DSP sound modules, or online utility services. By installing, accessing, or configuring any tool within this suite, you acknowledge your consent to be bound by the conditions described herein.
Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the end user ("User", "You") and MSLI AFFTERBURMER ("Company", "We", "Our"). Access to software packages, downloadable DSP presets, audio overclocking routines, and web documentation is granted strictly under full compliance with these conditions.
If you do not concur with all provisions detailed in this agreement, you must immediately halt the installation process, discard all downloaded binaries, and discontinue interacting with our web-based ecosystem.
Software License & Permitted Utility
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, MSLI AFFTERBURMER grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the core engine, parameter visualizers, and digital signal processors for personal or commercial audio manipulation according to standard configurations.
Restricted Activities
- Reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or attempting to derive underlying source logic from compiled binaries.
- Circumventing frequency limiters, security sandboxes, or telemetry verification protocols.
- Redistributing repackaged installers or charging third-party fees for unaltered core utilities without explicit written authorization.
- Using automated scraping agents or crawlers on our online documentation portals.
Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary algorithmic pipelines, audio processing architectures, user interfaces, branding assets, sound libraries, graphics, and technical documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of MSLI AFFTERBURMER and its licensors. All rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved.
Trademarks, service marks, and interface designs displayed across this platform may not be reproduced, copied, or used in whole or in part without our prior written consent.
Hardware & Performance Safety
MSLI AFFTERBURMER utilities interact with system audio interfaces, digital-to-analog converters (DACs), CPU processing threads, and real-time DSP pipelines. Operating high-gain frequency curves, custom over-sampling filters, or uncalibrated saturation plugins carries inherent acoustic and thermal demands.
Hardware Disclaimer
Users bear sole responsibility for ensuring audio output levels, monitor speakers, headphones, and system processors remain within safe manufacturer operating specifications. We disclaim all responsibility for speaker blowouts, thermal throttling, or hardware degradation caused by improper tuning.
User Presets & Submissions
When you export, submit, or publicly distribute custom tuning profiles, DSP chain presets, or feedback via our platforms, you grant MSLI AFFTERBURMER a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to index, showcase, and evaluate your configurations to enhance application stability.
You guarantee that any shared preset or user file does not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trade secret, or privacy right.
Limitation of Liability
The software suite, digital tools, and web documentation are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances will MSLI AFFTERBURMER be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is founded on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Revisions & Termination
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this webpage. Continued use of our software or documentation following modifications confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.
Governing Law & Inquiries
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with standard international software commercial laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
